Delicious pastel dough, original recipe.

Each dough roll is 14 cm in width and 150 cm / 300 cm in lenght the small and large formats respectively. The large one makes about 30 pastels.

It comes frozen, just by passing it from the freezer to the refrigerator the day before, and let the imagination in time to invent the fillings.
